Conference Registration

Steps for Paying By Money Order

Money orders must reflect the exact amount of the conference fee and all additional items in order for it to be processed. The amounts shown via the Black BEAT registration grid reflects the $5.00 registration processing fee. Black BEAT is not responsible for lost mail. To secure your mail-in payment, it's suggested that payments be sent via registered mail, return receipt to ensure it's delivery. Once your payment is received and processed, you'll receive an email confirmation and hotel information so that you can secure your lodging arrangements.

All information must be filled out via the form including your acceptance of the rules and guidelines of the event in order for your registration to be accepted. To review rules go here:

Refunds on Registration Packages are Only until July 16, 2011, and subject to a $40 service charge. There will be no refunds after July 16, 2011.


Registrations are Non Transferable to another person and cannot be used for a future conference if you are unable to attend.

Your payment must be received within 5 business days or it will be considered null and void. Please include your Legal Name and email address on your money order.
