Glenda Rider dates her participation in the "organized scene" back to the National Lesbian Conference held in Atlanta in 1991. Connections were made there which led to her becoming the first woman to hold an Eagle Bar title as Ms Baltimore Eagle 1992.
Glenda owns Play House Studios in Baltimore which is 4500 square feet of play space (including many different fantasy spaces) which is decorated with her large fetish art collection. She is also the new Executive Producer of International Ms Leather which will be held the first weekend of May 2008 in San Francisco.
She is recently retired from the Board of Directors of the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF) and a member of the Emeritus Board of the Leather Leadership Conference.
