Please allow us to share with you a little about the host hotel:

The host hotel for Black BEAT 2008 is a franchise of a well-known hotel chain. The hotel is conveniently located for travelers arriving by car, bus, or plane. In addition to the on-site restaurant and lounge, there are a number of restaurants within a short driving distance of the hotel. The hotel shuttle offers free service to and from BWI Airport & Amtrak Station.

Specific information on the host hotel and instructions on how to receive the specially negotiated BB08 room rate of $94.00 (excluding 12% tax) per night. All rooms regardless of room type are based on double occupancy. Rooms that have over two guest will be charged an additional $10 per person, per night. A confirmation email will be sent with the event registration confirmation notice one (1) week after your conference registration has been secured. Hotel rooms numbers are not given until you arrive to the hotel.

Additional Amenities: Refrigerator, Microwave, or Rollaway beds are an additional $10 per day, per item. These items must be requested the week before the conference and they are on a first come, first serve bases.

Hotels Reservations cannot be made by calling the hotel directly. During the online registration process, there is a section for Lodging, you are to input your exact lodging preferences, arrival and departure dates along with information to secure your reservation, and a hotel confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours. If your not staying at the host hotel, please select "NONE " via the online registration system under lodging.

Please Note: You must complete and secure your BB 08 event registration in order to book a room. If you are not a registered attendee by August 4, 2008, you will not be able to reserve a room and will be responsible for your own arrangements. There are NO exceptions. There are a limited number of block rooms and we highly suggest you secure your conference registration immediately. Rooms will not be charged, but a credit card is needed to hold the reservation. If reservations are not canceled within 48 hours of the event, you will be charged for a one (1) night stay. Black BEAT Inc. is not responsible for canceling or modifying your lodging arrangements.
