Board
Members are the Administrative Coordinating Volunteers
of the Black BEAT Organization. To oversee strategies
and planning for all events, (i.e., conference,
munch groups, SIGs, and socials) Our Board provides
regulation and operational guidance for all Chairs,
Leaders, Committees, Presenters and Participant
Volunteers within the organization. |

The
Program Chair and team selects conference presenters
for the Board to review. The team establishes topics
and SIG groups for events, works closely with each
Presenter establishing a representatives rapport.
The team works closely with the Board to determine
input and to encourage solid program contributions
to enhance the educational progress of events. |

Relations |
The
Public Relations Chair and team are frontline representatives
of the Black BEAT Organization. Correspondence and
in person communication outreach, promotes and markets
all organizational events and programs. Board developments,
public notices, media or print communication, and
public comments are transmitted to and from these
volunteers. |

Registration
is coming very soon. A complete registration form
will be provided on this website.
The Registrar Chair and team oversees paid attendee, presenters and
overall attendance of conference events, SIG groups, and fundraising
events. Enrollment progress and concerns of registration are reported
to the Board, PR, and Program Chairs for review. The Chair provides
itineraries for registrants, including directions and location information. |

Volunteers Chair and team oversees and coordinates
participants willing to contribute time and effort
to assist in the operation of the conference or SIG
events. They offer guidance to individual and group
volunteers based on their availability before or
during conference structuring. |

Vendor Chair and team oversees application and selection
of Vendors with the Board Members. Selections are
based on products that will enhance participant interest
and vendor sales at conferences and/or events. |
